To request an account contact the Digital Asset Management Team at DAM@metlife.com.

There are 2 ways to download a single asset:

• Run your cursor over the asset and click on the round icon with the ⇩
• Click on the asset to open full view and select “Download” from the upper left menu.

• Run your cursor over a desired asset and click on the round icon with the ✔
• Run your cursor over the additional desired assets and click on the ✔when it appears
• Select “Download” from the upper left menu.

In order to receive a hi-res asset, you must get approval that the use of the asset falls within brand standards.  After downloading a lo-res asset, place your lo-res asset in layout and submit for Global Brand Review. Once the layout is approved, the Digital Asset Management team will be notified and the hi-res assets will be sent to you in a share file link.

• Run your cursor over the asset and click on the round icon with the ⇩  When the download window pops up, check the box marked “email”
• Add all email addresses
• Click on the asset to open full view and select “Share Link” from the upper left menu.

• Run your cursor over a desired asset and click on the round icon with the ✔
• Run your cursor over the additional desired assets and click on the ✔ when it appears
• Select “Share Link” from the upper left menu.

Assets for submission to the DAM should meet the following criteria:

• Applicable for re-use in other markets
• Meets brand standards
• Long-term application (1 year or more)
• If your assets meet the criteria above, they must also be owned by MetLife outright and without use restrictions, or have clear rights management allowing for global use.  Rights managed assets may not be approved for the DAM depending on usage restrictions or penalties for misuse.
